  • Adult, Non-Chaperone – $100.00
  • Adult, Team Adult Advisor/Chaperone – $100.00
  • Youth – $50.00
      • Youth participants must be 18 years or younger that are enrolled in a public or private school setting, or other schooling settings such as online or homeschool.
  • Virtual – Adult Non-Chaperone – $50.00
    • The virtual component of Summit will be live-stream only of select content throughout the conference.
    • Virtual attendees will not be receiving a participant item.

2023 Prevention Summit Workforce Development Application

Apply for a waiver!

The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) has identified funding to provide financial support for prevention professionals and youth to attend the 2023 Prevention Summit. Requests will be reviewed internally and will be awarded dependent upon need as well as availability of funding. DBHR reserves the right to deny an application if questions are not answered sufficiently.

 

Visit the Workforce Development Application form to apply for a registration fee waiver and/or hotel stay. Waivers may include general registration (Youth, Adult Non-Chaperone, Adult Chaperone/Team Adult Advisor) and hotel lodging.

 

The deadline to apply for a waiver is Friday, September 15 at 4:00 p.m. Review is planned to be completed by Friday, September 22, unless otherwise communicated.

 

Youth Forms

 

All youth attendees must submit fully completed and signed permission forms during conference check-in to attend the Prevention Summit. Incomplete form(s) will not be accepted and youth will be turned away at check-in.

 

TAA’s and Chaperones must attend at least one training. There will be an in-person training at the Davenport in the Maple Ballroom from 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm. If you cannot attend this meeting please watch the virtual recording here.

Payment Info

 

Payments can be made by credit card or check using the online registration system. For checks, please make them payable to the ‘Board of Regents’ and reference the participant(s). Please mail payment to the address below.

Cancellations

 

Cancellations must be received in writing by Monday October 2, 2023.  

 

Please send a request in writing to contactus@preventionsummit.org with “Cancellation” in the Subject line. After October 2, 2023, substitutions will be accepted, but refunds will not be provided. No-shows will be billed the full registration fee.
